PILATES - A BLEND OF STRENGTH & MOBILITY FOR A BETTER BODY. Experience why this fitness method improves strength, joint mobility, flexibility, coordination, posture, and balance. Learn how to engage your true core muscles, and the benefits of having a healthy spine, mobile joints, and a smart neuromuscular system. Discover why faulty postures and repetitive movement patterns cause imbalance leading to pain and injury. PILATES principles of neutral alignment, balanced strength, & joint efficiency, should be the foundation of all movement, activities, and sport. Bring your body back to it's happy place with lengthening and strengthening PILATES exercises. Awareness is the key to improvement. * all fitness levels and abilities welcome * individuals with injuries, conditions, and physical restrictions are welcome to attend - modifications will be offered. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
